Bird & Bird are delighted to announce that we have advised new AIM and TSX-V listed mining client, Orosur Mining Inc., on their recent fundraising to advance exploration projects in South America and Africa. These funds will drive growth and sustainable development in the mining sector.
The Bird & Bird team was led by Corporate partner and Head of Mining, Clive Hopewell, assisted by corporate associates Edward Reardon and Zoe Symes.
