As an associate in our International HR Services Group based in Düsseldorf, I provide our domestic and international clients with advice on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.
My main areas of expertise are the integration of employees in international corporate acquisitions and other employment law issues with an international dimension. In recent years, we have successfully supported our clients, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector, in the implementation of employee transfers worldwide and their integration into existing organisational structures with the help of our international network.
I also regularly advise clients on individual employment law issues, such as those arising in separation processes or in the case of employee leasing. Collective aspects of employment law, such as company co-determination, as well as issues relating to company pensions, are also a core aspect of my work.
My aim is to advise my clients with foresight and a clear focus on practical implementation. Thanks to our full-service approach, we can also look beyond the boundaries of employment law and develop holistic solutions for complex issues.
Before I joined our firm, I completed my legal training in Krefeld. During this time, I worked for an international insurance group, a well-known employment law firm in Düsseldorf, and the Consulate General of Germany in Edinburgh.
