I am a managing associate in our Corporate Group, based in Beijing.

With more than nine years of practical experience in leading law firms,I have gained extensive experience in cross-border mergers & acquisitions and foreign direct investment. I have represented many multinational companies on their mergers & acquisitions transactions, establishment and liquidation of JV, WFOE and Chinese representatives.

I regularly advise both multinational companies and domestic companies on a wide range of general corporate matters, including drafting and review of commercial contracts, negotiation, corporate governance, reorganisation, licence, intellectual property, employment, FCPA and other compliance matters.

I also have substantial experience in advising clients on their data protection and cybersecurity issues.

My legal practice covers the regulated industries including TMT, manufacturing, commercial retailing, education, medical services, energy, logistics, etc.
