About Me
I am a senior associate in our Dispute Resolution Group in Sydney. My practice focuses on assisting clients to resolve commercial disputes, particularly for those clients in the technology sector.
I have experience in complex IT&T disputes, including in relation to software issues, delivery and implementation projects and cloud based technologies. I have acted for leading IT system integrators and technology companies that specialise in consulting, IT and outsourcing services. I have also acted for global telecommunications providers in disputes with customers and suppliers.I regularly advise clients on all aspects of dispute resolution and have experience in relation to internal and regulatory investigations.
My work to-date, including spending time on a client secondment as part of the in-house legal team, has allowed me to gain an in-depth understanding of our clients' businesses and how to secure the best outcome for those clients.
