Piotr Dynowski

I am a Partner and Co-Head of our Intellectual Property and TMT teams, based in Warsaw.

Today, I lead the team advising our clients on intellectual property (copyrights, trade marks, designs and patents), media and advertising, telecommunications and ecommerce and unfair competition. I help clients in devising complex strategies for protecting their intellectual property and trade secrets. I represent them in IP litigation at all levels, in particular in patent matters, and assist them in complex technology transactions.

I also advise on regulatory issues, in particular in the media, telecommunications, life sciences and gaming and gambling sectors. I'm also advising on issues related to cybersecurity, e-identification and trust services and use of generative AI, in particular in the creative industries.

You'll find me recommended as a leading IP lawyer in the Intellectual Asset Management Patent 1000, in addition to being rated in the Legal 500, Chambers Global and Europe, World Trademark Review 1000 and Managing IP directories.

I am a lecturer at the Hugo Grotius Intellectual Property Law Centre in Warsaw and in the past I lectured also at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and at the SAR Marketing Communications Association.

I am a Board member of AIPPI Poland and the New Technologies Law Association (SPNT) and the chair of the Regulatory Team at Marques.
