Abdulaziz Daghistani

I am an associate in our Commercial team and will be joining the Riyadh Office.

I have extensive experience advising clients in both corporate and banking sectors, utilizing my expertise in corporate and commercial law, due diligence, and restructuring. I have also assisted in establishing companies and branches for both national and international clients.
At Bird & Bird, I am dedicated to delivering exceptional client service by addressing their concerns with tailored solutions. I will also be focusing more on the TMT sector and commercial agreements to better meet our clients' evolving needs.

• Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I spent four years as a litigator and legal advisor at Z&Co., Mayer Brown, and other local law firms. During this time, I advised clients on both corporate and banking matters, including assisting with Sukuk issuance, providing legal opinions as counsel to lenders, and reviewing guarantees and pledges. I also handled various corporate matters such as company incorporations for national and international clients, and drafted and reviewed articles of association, bylaws, shareholder resolutions, and share purchase agreements. I am fluent in Arabic and English, and a beginner in Italian.
