Adéla Kubálková

I am a junior associate based in the Prague office, focusing mainly on IP/IT law and dispute resolution.

In my practice, I support clients primarily on intellectual property matters, including trademark agenda, trademark portfolio management, design rights, trade secret issues, copyright matters and related dispute resolution cases.

I am also involved in legal matters concerning information technology and data protection law, including drafting and reviewing related contractual documentation.

My experience includes working for three other international law firms, and providing free legal aid within an internship organized by a public entity. The variety of my experience has equipped me with a well-rounded understanding of clients' diverse needs and contributed to my client-oriented, business mind-set.

At Bird & Bird, I can to further leverage my existing experience, and bring a multifaceted perspective to each case, taking into account its specific circumstances. My aim is to deliver customized legal solutions that meet the client's unique needs, aligned with their long-term goals.
