Alban Pontari

Based in the Lyon office, I work as a corporate legal Counsel in the Corporate France department, mainly for French and international clients.

Assisting French and foreign clients, I am involved in the day-to-day legal follow-up of French companies and subsidiaries of foreign groups, drafting deeds relating to their corporate life. My practice also covers the handling of exceptional operations (capital transactions, complex securities issues, shareholders' agreements, intra-group agreements, disposals; partial contributions of assets, mergers, demergers, etc.).

Before joining Bird & Bird, I was a structured finance lawyer with an investment bank, then a corporate legal counsel.
