As an Associate in our Munich-based Intellectual Property Practice Group, I advise national and international clients in the areas of competition law, trademark law, copyright law and commercial law.
My expertise comprises especially contentious and non-contentious matters in the field of non-technical intellectual property rights and competition law.
I provide comprehensive advice on strategic issues relating to the development and management of
brand portfolios. Furthermore, I advise clients on the drafting and negotiation of licensing agreements, as well as the effective enforcement of their intellectual property rights, both in and out of court. My main focus is on the automotive and information technology sectors.
During my academic studies, I specialised in the field of intellectual property law and gained work experience at the German Patent and Trademark Office. In addition, I obtained a Master of Law in International Studies in Intellectual Property Law and Data Law at the TU Dresden and at the University of Washington (Seattle).
I gained valuable experience at different renowned international law firms before joining our team in Munich.
