Alice Maria Cuccio

I am an associate in the Corporate department at Bird & Bird in Milan and I have expertise in the areas of business and corporate law.

I daily interface with Italian and international clients, assisting them in relation to extraordinary corporate transactions, venture capital transactions and other ordinary corporate matters. I deem it essential to keep up with the times, especially with reference to the fields of technology and IT, to be able to face the increasingly complex challenges that evolution brings and thus meet the most diverse needs of clients.

In October 2022 I graduated in law with honors at Bocconi University in Milan.
