About Me

As a partner in our Dispute Resolution Group in France, I have a particular interest in the civil, commercial and criminal risks in industrial sectors, especially on matters related to liability in these fields and assist clients for prevention of risks and compliance.

My practice encompasses public interest companies and government departments, as well as private firms, both nationally and internationally.

I assist our clients on commercial litigation cases (breach of contract, unfair competition, shareholders disputes, etc.) before the courts of first degree or Appeal Courts. I manage with focused product liability cases for our clients or their insurers (judicial expertise, damages and losses, discovery of evidence and liabilities).

For international commercial relationships or for non-French companies, especially related to international contracts or foreign contract policies, I draw on my experience of European issues, particularly on the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters.

In addition, I provide advice for prevention and compliance on tort and criminal cases. For the purpose of working on prevention, my practice also conducts legal audits focused on criminal risks for public and private companies.

In recent years, I have written several operational books aimed at business leaders to help them understand their own personal risks, as well as the key measures for good management of risk prevention, and how to manage risks and crisis when they happen.

I am a regular speaker at conferences on torts, risks and civil or criminal liability.
