Aya Saito

I have over 15 years of experience as a senior international lawyer with my primary focus being on providing commercial legal support for Japan in relation to client services.

I advise on anti-trust, corporate, regulatory or labour laws related elements of the services as well as client and supplier contracting.

I also handle compliance matters, disputes, HR issues and corporate matters. I received my B.A in political science from Doshisha University and J.D. from Kwansei Gakuin University. After passing the bar exam and graduating from the Legal Training and Research Institute of Japan, I was admitted to practice in Japan as a bengoshi in 2009.
