Bridget Chamberlain

I am an associate in our Commercial practice in London. My practice has a particular focus on advising clients in a variety of sectors on complex, strategic technology and communications projects.

My expertise and interest lies in advising businesses being transformed or disrupted by technology. I have advised on a range of technology and communications projects from software licensing and maintenance agreements and SaaS projects to large outsourcing projects and technology transformation projects. I particularly enjoy working with clients to navigate the risks and legal issues which arise when developing, buying or selling new technologies.

I work with clients ranging from start-ups to multinationals and have experience working for both the supplier and the customer on contract negotiations so I understand the priorities and risks for both sides. I have also enjoyed working with clients operating in a range of sectors including technology, telecommunications, financial services and defence.

My experience spans both private practice and in-house work, which has given me a range of insights into clients' concerns and needs.
