Catherine Laflamme Jansson

I am an associate in Bird & Bird's Stockholm office, advising clients on a comprehensive range of corporate, EU and Competition related matters.

As an associate, I assist in providing legal advice for a variety of national and international clients on matters including both domestic and cross-border transactions, public and private M&A transactions and other corporate law and commercial law matters.

Prior to graduating, I worked at another top-ranked law firm in Sweden on a range of matters. I have also interned at a global corporation based in Sweden, where I gained an in-depth understanding of corporate law and corporate governance. These experiences have benefited me greatly in my work advising clients on similar matters.
