I'm a senior associate in our London office, specialising in real estate and real estate finance.

As an experienced real estate lawyer, I work with a broad range of real estate clients and lenders in the UK and internationally on a wide array of real estate assets and across multiple sectors. I also have extensive experience acting for clients on both corporate occupier and corporate M&A transactions.

I advise clients on all parts of a property transaction and, working with the team, I carry out due diligence exercises, draft and negotiate leases and sale/purchase documents together with all associated ancillary documents.
