As an associate within the Energy & Infrastructure team in Paris and Casablanca's offices, I assist our clients on all aspects related to the conduct of international projects

I assist our clients on corporate, commercial and regulatory related aspects in the course of the development or financing of projects in the energy (renewables, oil & gas) and infrastructure sectors (transports, hospitals, water treatment plants).

I advise financial institutions and public authorities on all aspects of projects (structuration, drafting and negotiating project and financing documents).
I also assist our French and international clients structuring and negotiating transactions (acquisition of project companies, joint ventures).

I hold an LLM in International Business Law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, during which I was able to follow subjects related to international trade and project finance. This background allows me to understand the needs of international economic operators.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I had the opportunity to work in various Projects departments of international law firms.
