About Me

As a partner in our Intellectual Property team based in London, I help our clients to strengthen their IP rights by devising global clearance and filing strategies, and by providing strategic advice on the protection and enforcement of their rights.

I advise our clients on their IP rights in industries ranging from fashion and design, cosmetics and jewellery, food and beverage, education, FMCG and retail, aviation and automotive.

I assist our clients with the clearance, filing, prosecution, registration and enforcement of trade marks and designs, the enforcement of copyright, online conduct issues and the recovery of domain names, as well as anti-counterfeiting and customs strategies.

I manage large scale global IP portfolios for international brands and devise strategies for our clients to protect their rights including prosecuting and defending trade mark oppositions and revocation actions.

I have significant litigation experience in IP disputes, including in proceedings concerning trade mark, design and copyright infringement, as well as misuse of confidential information, parallel importation, anti-counterfeiting, passing off and trade practices issues.

Before joining Bird & Bird in 2018, I practised in the IP team of an international firm in Melbourne, during which time I was seconded to the firm's London office for six months.
