Constance Brouquier

As an associate in the Lyon commercial and corporate departments, I advise our clients on the drafting of their contracts and the management of their commercial relations.

I support and advise French and international companies operating in a wide range of sectors, including the automotive industry, new technologies and tourism.

I have worked in both consulting and litigation, and my different experiences have enabled me to better understand the difficulties that clients may encounter in negotiating and drafting their contracts.

My areas of expertise include distribution contracts, transport contracts, confidentiality agreements and commercial leases.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked in a business law firm, after internships in the legal departments of large companies and start-ups.
