Cristiano Pambianchi

I am a partner in our Employment group in Milan, I have many years of in-depth experience and expertise in both transactional and stand-alone employment issues.

I advise our clients, including many leading international companies, on their day-to-day HR management, from hiring and disciplinary procedures through to compensation - including the implementation of stock option plans – as well as individual and collective dismissals, and litigation and arbitration advice on employment matters.

In addition, I advise on trade union negotiations and industrial relations, particularly in the transfer of undertakings and collective redundancies. I also provide advice on dealings with European works councils, trade union and social insurance litigation and arbitration, and due diligence investigations.

I am a member of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI) and the European Employment Lawyers Association.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I was a senior employment lawyer at one of Italy's leading law firms. I also worked in the employment, pension and benefits team at two large international law firms.
