I am an associate in the employment team based in our Prague office. My focus is on International HR Services, Dispute Resolution, and Privacy and Data Protection.

I provide comprehensive advice to clients on a wide range of employment-related matters, including employment and management contracts, policy documentation, remuneration and benefit schemes, employee data management, collective employment issues, disciplinary matters, individual and collective redundancies, cross-border issues, and projects for international clients.

I handle employee dismissals, where I represent clients both in court and in out-of-court negotiations. Over the years, I have helped clients engage independent contractors and set terms for working with management executives. I have also been actively involved in employment-related due diligence reviews, transfers of undertakings, and related business transactions.

I have significant experience drafting data compliance documentation and privacy and cookie policies, negotiating processor and joint controller agreements, advising on data subject rights management, conducting data due diligence reviews, performing risk and impact assessments, and assessing personal data breaches. I further assist clients with their employee monitoring programs, background checks and structuring international data transfer arrangements, and represent them before the data protection authorities.

My specialisations in employment law and data protection stem from a deep understanding of the critical role they play in the smooth running of an organisation. Employment law provides a framework for fair treatment of employees, which in turn fosters a productive and harmonious work environment. I am also passionate about the human element inherent in employment matters, advocating for both the rights of individuals and the interests of organisations.
