Daniele Raynaud

I am Of Counsel at Bird & Bird's Corporate department in Milan.

In a career spanning more than 35 years, I have gained proven experience in corporate law, handling numerous transactions in private equity, M&A, venture capital, capital markets and structured finance with a focus on the mechanical, automotive, logistics, medtech, food as well as retail & consumer sectors.

Before joining Bird & Bird in 2023, I worked with leading law firms acting also as managing partner and head of office of an international law firm, and in 2009 I founded my own independent legal boutique.

I am co-author of two books published by Giuffré in the series 'Casi e materiali di diritto societario', as well as author of numerous publications in law journals on corporate and real estate matters and speaker at several seminars.

I am a native Italian speaker and fluent in English.
