About Me
As a leading corporate lawyer and partner in our French-based Corporate Group, I advise our clients on M&A, joint ventures and private equity transactions.
With training and expertise in both corporate and tax law, I assist purchasers and sellers in national and international M&A transactions. I also advise investment funds and start-ups in private equity and venture capital transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of term sheets, share and asset purchase agreements, investment and shareholders' agreements, joint venture and merger agreements and the coordination and undertaking of due diligence procedures, both here in France and cross border.In addition, I often advise our clients on corporate reorganisations and assist companies and senior executives with corporate law and corporate governance matters.
I am a regular speaker at seminars on corporate and tax law, including those held by the Chartered Accountant Association.
