Dean Rae

I am an associate in our international Corporate group in London, with experience in M&A, venture capital and private equity, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and general corporate advisory work.

I particularly enjoy working on cross-border M&A transactions that utilise the firm's international network and involve collaboration with overseas counsel and specialists. Whilst I work with clients across a wide range of industries, I have a keen interest in the energy and natural resources sector, as well as the sports sector.

I qualified as a solicitor in August 2021, having trained at Bird & Bird and completed seats in corporate, finance, corporate tax and intellectual property. Before training to be a solicitor, I worked as a management consultant at one of the Big Four accountancy firms and later as a business analyst at a leading FTSE 250 retailer.
