I am a Senior Associate in the Milan corporate team, specialized in domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including M&A transactions, private equity projects and corporate reorganizations.

I have an extensive experience in corporate law advice to domestic and international clients, particularly on mergers & acquisitions and other extraordinary transactions, advising both corporate and PE clients.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked for several leading international law firms, in the corporate department.
I also acted as in-house legal counsel of a company leader in Europe for the distribution of quality fresh fruit and vegetables.
