About Me

I am a counsel in our Munich office and advise on intellectual property matters relating to patents and utility models, in particular in the context of infringement actions before national courts and the Unified Patent Court (UPC).

As a member of our international IP practice group, I advise national and international clients on all aspects of Patent Law, Utility Model Law and Competition Law. I have several years of experience in extensive patent litigation proceedings before German courts and in coordinating international proceedings, including in the sector of life sciences, electronics and mechanics. I also represent our clients in proceedings before the Unified Patent Court in infringement and nullity actions.

I studied Law at the University of Augsburg, specialising in Intellectual Property Law. I completed an exchange year at the University of Lyon III with a French Master 1 in International Law. I also gained a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law at Queen Mary University of London.

During my legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, I gained experience in advising on and litigating Trademark and Competition Law at a renowned IP Law firm in Munich and an International Commercial Law firm in Shanghai. Before joining our firm, I worked as an assessor at a large accounting firm and at the European Patent Office as part of the Pan-European-Seal Program.
