About Me
I am an associate in Bird & Bird's International HR department in the Madrid office.
My work focuses on developing, advising and supporting in the different situations that may arise in day-to-day employment relations in companies. Given that each problem has its own particularities, I consider it important to put myself in the shoes of the parties involved in order to try to find a solution that is best suited to their circumstances and thus to adopt optimal measures with the greatest guarantees.I have experience in resolving labour disputes of all kinds, such as collective bargaining, dismissals, substantial modifications, geographic mobility, due diligence, trade union, etc. I also have knowledge and skills in trials, providing legal assistance in different legal proceedings, both in the initial phase and in the appeal phase.
Throughout my experience, I have been able to collaborate with companies from different sectors, including large companies in the life & healthcare, retail, Hotels and logistics sectors.
