Our Corporate and M&A team has advised Mass Mutual Ventures in the €36 million financing round of H2SITE. Alberto Rodríguez San José and Monica Sangalli, Counsel and Associate of the department, have led and coordinated the legal advice to Mass Mutual Ventures in its participation in the financing round of H2SITE, a pioneer in hydrogen technology solutions. These funds will be used in the next phase of growth, focused on the development of hydrogen transport solutions.

Voltan, a technical services company for energy infrastructure owned by Henko Partners, has closed the acquisition of Atlas Innovative Engineering with the aim of boosting its power transmission and distribution division. Our Corporate - Private Equity team, led by Satiago Lardiés, has coordinated the legal advice on this transaction.

Casafari, which has more than 60,000 users in Portugal, Spain, Italy, France and Germany, focuses its business on building real estate databases to improve access to this type of information and will use the financing to consolidate its position in the European market. Our colleague Alberto Rodríguez, Counsel in the Corporate and M&A department, has advised on the legal side of a €5m financing from BBVA Spark.

Bird & Bird Spain's Corporate and M&A team has advised Zorro, a Madrid-based shawarma company, on its latest round of financing, which has raised a total of 1.1 million euros, enabling it to open new stores in the coming months and expand the consumption of this typical Arabian dish among Spanish consumers.
