Eva Bibal

As an associate in our Tech and Comms team, I advise our clients on new technologies and new forms of creation projects. I am also involved in pre-litigation and litigation cases related to the failure of IT projects.

I assist French and international clients (customers and IT service providers), from various sectors (energy, luxury goods, transport, industry, media, etc.), in the development, negotiation and litigation of IT projects, notably integration and development projects, outsourcing, SaaS, licensing, etc.

I follow AI regulations as well as contractual and compliance issues and potential disputes arising from them.

I also have a background in intellectual property law and a particular interest in copyright.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I completed several internships in law firms specializing in copyright and new technology law, and in tech companies. In particular, I worked for 2 years as an in-house legal counsel, in the UK, for one of the French leading IT solutions providers.
