I support Dispute Resolution Partners Jonathon Ellis and Julie Cheeseman, where we regularly represent clients throughout all phases of commercial dispute resolution, from pre-litigation advice to international arbitration and complex litigation matters, including class actions. Our dispute team has assisted clients in high-profile disputes across a range of jurisdictions in Australia (regularly in the NSW Supreme Court and Federal Court of Australia) and globally, including IT&T, media disputes, and issues in the retail and consumer sectors.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, my experiences assisting clients with incident response management to cybersecurity incidents and responding to regulatory investigations have also led to a strong interest in the technology sector and Australian data protection law.
