Faisal Bin Ghushayan

I am an associate in our Corporate team and will be joining the Riyadh office.

My expertise spans corporate and commercial law, governance, company structuring and restructuring. I advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structuring and restructuring, and general commercial, regulatory, and employment issues. I have worked with a number of clients in different sectors such as engineering, real-estate and logistics, often involving cross-border transactions.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I trained at a regional law firm, focusing on corporate structuring and restructuring, and setting up foreign investment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Admitted to the Saudi Bar Association on May 2023.
