About Me

After twenty years in the technology and communications sector, I am still fascinated by networked technology.

I have advised on virtually all commercial and regulatory aspects encountered by organisations being changed by technology and the digital world.

I seek out complex projects in a high tech environment, often working with international teams from across our firm. I take a solution oriented approach to legal and regulatory challenges.

I am an expert in EU electronic communications regulation, data centre and network infrastructure projects and cloud based solutions, including transactions and contracts with a strong regulatory component.

I am co-author of the chapters on spectrum regulation and infrastructure sharing in the leading Dutch handbook 'Text and Commentary: Privacy & Telecommunications Law'.

Before joining Bird & Bird in 2008, I worked as an analyst and project manager for a large European telecommunications provider in the UK and the Netherlands.
