About Me
As a junior associate in the Corporate practice group in Stockholm, I assist both national and international clients with various corporate law matters, including domestic and cross-border transactions. My work covers a range of corporate activities, such as mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and corporate governance.
I hold a Master of Law from Uppsala University, with a specialisation in business law. I joined Bird & Bird in 2021 during my studies and gained further experience at another Stockholm-based commercial law firm before returning to Bird & Bird as a junior associate. This has given me a broad understanding of the legal challenges companies face in different sectors.The collaborative environment at Bird & Bird, combined with the opportunity to work with clients from a variety of industries, made returning to the firm an easy decision. I appreciate the chance to work closely with colleagues and clients, and I'm focused on continuing to grow in my role.
My goal is to contribute to the team's work on complex corporate matters, while further developing my skills and knowledge within corporate law to better support our clients.
