Georgina Farmer

I'm an associate in the Commercial team in London, working as a member of our Retail & Consumer sector group.

Specialising in commercial contracts, I support retail and consumer-facing businesses from early-stage ventures and SMEs through to growing and established multi-national corporations.

My experience includes drafting and advising on a variety of agency, distribution, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics contracts, as well as bespoke arrangements for the procurement and supply of goods and services (both B2B and B2C). I also have experience in co-ordinating advice across multi-jurisdictional projects.

I enjoy providing tailored, practical advice to clients, from strategic domestic and international expansion strategies right the way through to business-as-usual activities.

I have completed several client secondments, including a secondment to a luxury international sportswear brand, where amongst a variety of commercial matters, I advised on brand collaborations and sponsorship agreements. My in-house experience has enabled me to develop a strong grasp of the drivers of business and how to structure solutions to complex scenarios to manage commercial and contractual risk.
