I am an associate at the Finance & Financial Regulation department of Bird & Bird based in Rome, being part of the Energy & Utilities sector.

I am specialized in providing assistance to clients in the context of financing transactions, especially on a project finance basis, both of a national and cross-borders nature.
I regularly take part to financing and corporate transactions, especially in the Energy & Utilities sector, assisting both Italian and foreign financial institutions and companies in achieving their goals.
My main focus area is providing assistance to clients in PPAs (virtual and physical) transactions, having developed a special interest in project contracts related to all technologies of the E&U sector, with special focus on renewable energies.
I took part to several M&A transactions both on greenfield and brownfield projects, drafting and negotiating all the relevant commercial contracts.
