I am an associate in our Commercial group, based in London. I specialise in technology transactions, with a particular focus on fintech and the financial services sector.

My experience lies in advising businesses that are being transformed or disrupted by technology.

My practice area includes advising on technology contracts such as complex outsourcing and technology transformation, SaaS agreements, cloud contracts, API integration, software licensing agreements, as well as consideration of associated issues. I work with clients ranging from start-ups to major multi-nationals and act for both customers and suppliers.

I have experience working in-house and on secondment in the media and financial services sector. I understand the need for strategic advice and have gained a valuable insight into clients' concerns and priorities.
