Hanna Lawrynowicz

I am an associate in the Corporate team in Warsaw.

I have been advising clients since 2001 and specialise in commercial law, with a focus on company law. I deal with issues of civil and corporate law, in particular mergers and acquisitions, day-to-day corporate advice, and corporate restructuring.

I have advised on mergers and acquisitions, both asset and share deal transactions, as well as on the processes of division, merger, transformation and liquidation of companies operating in various sectors of the economy. My experience also includes providing legal services to companies in the field of day-to-day corporate consulting and the development of various contracts, including shareholder agreements, investment contracts and cooperation agreements.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained professional experience working in well-known international and Polish law firms.
