Hannah Fletcher

I am a senior associate in our international Corporate Group, with a particular focus on acting for technology, media and entertainment businesses.

I specialise in M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions and co-ordinating advice on a multi-jurisdictional basis for companies with multinational operations.

My experience includes advising investors, founders and management teams on a variety of projects from large M&A and private equity transactions through to early stage investment for start-ups and fast-growing businesses. In addition, I regularly advise on multinational restructurings and general corporate matters.

I am also part of Bird & Bird's Media, Entertainment and Sport Group and have completed a client secondment at King, a leading interactive entertainment company for the mobile world.

I particularly enjoy working with management teams and founders as it means I get to provide them with hands on advice that has a real impact on the growth strategy of their business.
