Harry Arnold

I am an associate in our Dispute Resolution Group in London, assisting clients with their contentious issues and commercial disputes.

Having started my career at the firm as a paralegal in 2015, I have worked on a number of commercial disputes, international arbitrations and other forms of dispute resolution. This has given me experience of working on a wide variety of disputes and contentious issues, from the initial stages of the dispute through to formal dispute resolution proceedings and enforcement of judgments.

During my training contract, I was seconded to a major international bank to work within their legal team. This gave me first-hand experience of the commercial challenges clients face and provided me with a valuable insight into how lawyers can formulate solutions to these challenges, as well as furthering the businesses' objectives.

Although I have experience assisting clients in a broad range of sectors, I am particularly involved in the firm's Media, Entertainment and Sports Group and have an interest in providing solutions to clients' contentious issues within this sector. I have also been recently been involved in the firm's Data Protection Disputes Group, which assists clients with data breach/cyber incident responses and follow-on litigation.
