I am an associate in the Pattern team, Bird & Bird's patent intelligence consultancy, providing data-driven legal advice predominantly in the electronics and telecommunications sectors.

I am an associate in the Pattern team, specialising in patent portfolio analytics, valuation and landscaping, and both the legal and analytical aspects of royalty rate determinations and multi-jurisdictional patent disputes, predominantly in the electronics and telecommunication sectors.

I am a European Patent Attorney with significant experience with drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting defensive EPO opposition proceedings, performing IP audits, filing registered designs, and providing infringement and validity opinions. I am familiar with a wide range of engineering subject-matter, including analogue and digital circuitry, signal processing, digital radio communications and other telecoms, navigation systems, heating systems, medical devices, people conveyance systems, and more. I specialise in software and electronics, having worked as an engineer in these fields prior to my career in patent law.
