As an associate in our International HR Services Group based in Paris, I provide guidance to our clients on both individual and collective employment law matters, in addition to handling litigation issues.

I counsel French and multinational clients on all facets of French labour law, aiming to simplify this constantly evolving and complex field.

My work encompasses a broad spectrum of areas, including individual relationships such as employment contracts, disciplinary actions, and terminations, as well as collective relationships like organising elections, dealing on a day-to-day basis with employee representatives or trade unions, restructuring and redundancies.

I also advocate for clients in employment-related litigation before French courts.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I spent a year as an in-house employment counsel in a major IT consulting and services group. It provided me with a tangible understanding of our client's expectations: a blend of legal efficiency and solutions that facilitate outcomes for all parties involved in the business.
