Henrik Nobel

I have extensive experience from domestic and international/cross-border M&A and corporate matters.

I represent private equity funds, sponsors, investment companies, industrial companies (listed and non-listed), media companies, real estate companies, and family offices. I also work with many other specialist lawyers to provide a range of day-to-day legal advice to both Swedish and international clients including real estate transactions, financing (mostly in relation to M&A transactions), tax advice, IP related matters, capital markets advice to listed companies, general real estate advice, general contract reviews, corporate reorganisations, employment law matters, and dispute resolutions (arbitration and litigation).
I studied at Stockholm University in Sweden and obtained a Master of Laws Degree (Sw. Jur Kand), and Master of Business Administration (Sw. civilekonom). I have also studied at Université de la Sorbonne in Paris, France.
I speak Swedish, English and French.
