With over four years of experience in the data protection and tech governance space, I have lived and worked in the U.S., Europe, and China and have advised clients in different commercial sectors including telecommunications, e-commerce, financial services, and digital technologies. The work I typically do involves answering questions about new technology laws, drafting and updating privacy policies, reviewing commercial agreements, conducting GDPR compliance audits and implementing solutions for cross-border data transfers. I also have an eye on developments in global data protection laws around the world including in Asia and North America.
