Ivy von Veltheim

I am an associate in our Munich office and a member of our intellectual property team, advising both national and international clients, and representing them in IP and other litigation matters.

I specialise in intellectual property law, with a particular focus on trademarks, designs, copyright, unfair competition, and media law. I have special expertise in trade mark applications, cancellations, opposition proceedings and co-existence agreements.

After my legal studies I completed my legal clerkship with the Higher Regional Court Munich.
