As a Counsel in the international Real Estate team at Bird & Bird, I advise clients in all kinds of real estate matters, in particular on renewable energy topics, project development, transactions and ongoing portfolio management.

My transaction experience includes sale and purchase (asset and share deals), particularly of logistic centres, industrial properties, hotels/leisure, senior care homes and office/retail.

Concerning renewable energy projects, I frequently counsel on photovoltaics, e-charging, ESG-related topics (including so-called 'green leases') and further advise on wind power and H2 technology projects.

Furthermore, I provide legal advice in relation to building digitisation and automation of building functions, mostly on digital infrastructure facility agreements and software-as-a-service agreements.

I primarily advise clients, including institutional investors, developers, hotel chains, asset and property managers as well as multinational corporates focusing on the renewables or high technology sectors. I also support start-ups, particularly in the renewables or real estate sector.

My clients appreciate my enthusiasm, service orientation, reliability and my ability to strike a balance between a business-focused approach and attention to detail.

Before I joined Bird & Bird, I practiced as a real estate lawyer for seven years in the real estate practice of another major international law firm.
