I am a senior associate in our Corporate Group in Sydney. I advise clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, focusing on local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructures.

I have worked in a wide range of sectors, including energy & renewables, media, healthcare, professional services and agriculture. My work focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructures for both local and foreign clients, which often involves advising on Australian foreign investment regulation. I also provide advice on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including commercial contracting, corporate governance issues and regulatory compliance.

My goal is to understand the key drivers of each client's business to provide legal advice that is relevant, pragmatic and timely.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked at a boutique commercial firm in Sydney where I obtained experience across a diverse range of practice areas, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and media and defamation law.
