About Me
As an associate in our Hamburg office, I advise and represent international and national clients in various commercial law matters.
As a member of the commercial and automotive sector group, I am engaged in commercial litigation as well as providing legal support in contract and settlement negotiations between suppliers, manufacturers and distributors. In addition, I advise clients on a variety of compliance and product liability matters, particularly in relation to the introduction of new software-related products.Before joining our firm, I worked in a medium-sized law firm in Hamburg, where I was mainly involved in counselling medium-sized companies in all areas of commercial and corporate law as well as in M&A transactions.
Experience
- Advising a tier-1 automotive supplier in preparing and defending a preliminary injunction against a tier-2 supplier.
- Advising a tier-1 automotive supplier in negotiating a settlement agreement with an OEM.
- Drafting and reviewing various commercial contracts, such as framework agreements or general terms and conditions.
- Corporate law advice, in particular in the area of partnership law.

Studied
- Legal studies at Freiburg University and at Tsinghua University, Beijing, China.
- Legal clerkship in Hanover including an elective stage in the legal department of a Dax40-Company.

- Admitted as German attorney at-law (Rechtsanwalt) in 2022.
