Jenny Gurny

I am a Trade Mark Attorney in our Sydney office.

I started my career in intellectual property at Bird & Bird from the role of Trade Mark Paralegal, whereby I managed the day to day administrative functions of our busy trade mark practice. Over the years, I have acquired extensive experience in trade mark matters, in particular trade mark searches, applications, prosecution, and opposition.

I manage trade mark portfolios of numerous clients who are based both locally and internationally, spanning from a broad range of industries, including, consumer goods, retail and wholesale, finance, hospitality, biotechnology and entertainment.
