As an associate, I advise companies and non-profit organizations on Dutch corporate law, in particular notarial law. In the Netherlands, many important legal acts require a notarial deed. As a member of the corporate team, I assist clients herewith.

I provide advice over a wide range of topics in the corporate practice area, from corporate governance to restructuring projects.

In the Netherlands, the civil law notaries are amongst others responsible for maintaining the Dutch Land Register. As part of the real estate team, I record essential information with the Land Register and advise clients thereof. This includes the registration and transfer of cable and network infrastructure, and also the development of large solar and wind projects.

Our firm is technology-orientated, which strongly appeals to me. I recognised the transformative potential of legal tech while studying in Leiden and took proactive steps to fully understand the applicability of, for example, blockchain on the notarial profession.

Upon graduation, I entered the workforce with a clear vision of merging legal expertise with cutting-edge technology. AI-powered tools can significantly reduce the time spent on routine tasks, which are commonplace in the notarial profession.
