José Luis Quintanilla

I am an associate in the Corporate/Private Equity department of Bird & Bird in the Madrid office.

I am specialized in advising national and international clients in all types of M&A transactions, investments and divestments. I also participate in the due diligence procedure, both in national and international transactions, relating to companies belonging to different sectors and industries. I also advise our clients on recurring matters arising from their transactions.

Before joining Bird & Bird in October 2023, I worked in an international law firm, where I started my professional career. During my experience, I have had the opportunity to participate in important national and international transactions.

I am used to working in an international atmosphere, so I am fluent in English as well as Spanish, which is my mother tongue.
