I am an associate in the Data Protection and Employment teams of the Budapest office. My main focus is facilitating the growth of our clients and their adoption of new technologies by understanding their business and providing practical legal advice tailored to their needs.
I have significant experience in B2B commercial contract negotiation in the SaaS sector. I also help clients regularly with upscaling (or even building up from scratch) their GDPR compliance posture and internal data protection strategy. I support clients with queries relating to the reorganization or management of their workforce. I am dealing with start-up clients, as well as clients from the telecommunication, professional services, automotive and pharmaceutical sectors.
I am passionate about learning about innovative business models, and understanding precisely the functioning of new technologies our clients developed or wish to adopt and identifying the legal and regulatory implications to be addressed.
Before joining Bird & Bird Budapest, I spent one and half year at Bird & Bird Brussels' data protection team where I have been assisting international clients, mainly in the automotive and telecommunications sector, with European data protection and privacy compliance matters and by creating their compliance documents, assisting them with the approvals of their Binding Corporate Rules and setting up their privacy governance controls. Previously, I have participated in the traineeship program of the European Commission, and I have been involved in the work of the Legal Service and DG Employment with regards EU labour law matters and initiatives. I have LL.M in European law and Hungarian employment law. I speak English and Spanish fluently, in addition to my native Hungarian.
